FileBoost™ enables very high-speed file transfer and file sharing among team members connected to the VTrak N-Series 10G shared storage, improving post-production workflow efficiency on 4K and 8K productions. FileBoost was first introduced in 2020 with the PegasusPro Series to the delight of post-production and DIT professionals charged with managing team projects. Now this same technology is a featured performance booster on VTrak N-Series.

Data Protection is Essential

Protection against data loss is ensured by the famous PROMISE RAID engine featured in the entire VTrak line of network storage systems. Additional backup mechanisms to cloud or remote storage are easily managed using the web-based management interface.

Manageability

Simplified administration is another win for VTrak N-Series. The system is shipped ready to use with a Shared Storage pool that includes an administrator-controlled Team folder setup for immediate sharing. The software for both administrator and client is very easy to use, with an intuitive GUI. The default setup requires very little administration yet still gives complete access control to the administrator. More advanced system administration is available using the web-based management user interface.
